Challenge
Metabu ran the business across disconnected spreadsheets and tools — sales, procurement, production, stock, payroll and finance never spoke to each other. On-ground reality was a black box: tertiary sales (distributor → retailer) and what 68 field reps did each day were invisible, while targets, collections and bank/OD limits lived in silos. They needed one system to run the entire FMCG operation.
Solution
We built a complete FMCG ERP — a web command centre plus a field-sales mobile app — covering the full business: Sales (primary, secondary & tertiary with field-force tracking), Purchase & Procurement, Manufacturing & production planning, Inventory & warehouse, HR & Payroll, and Accounts & Finance. The dashboard unifies cash & bank/OD limits, target-vs-achievement, revenue-by-channel and order trends; the app gives reps live sales, attendance, beats, best-sellers, retailer leaderboards and grooming verification — with a live GPS map of who is active, late or a no-show. Modular by design, it fits small to large FMCG companies.
